How to wear mask
Hold the mask with the mouldable white strip at the top as this is the nosepiece, with the while lining facing you (coloured lining to face externally).
Apply mask to your nose and mouth. Pinch white strip to conform to your nose.
Use the nosepiece to hold mask to face, secure two ear loops around your ears and expand pleats to cover your chin.
Ensure the nosepiece fits tightly around the nose and mask sits under chin for a secure facial fit.
Warnings:
- Although the mask is useful to protect against infectious droplets, the risk of sickness or infection is not completely avoidable.
- Do not use for protection from gases, vapours, paint spray fumes or any oil-based aerosols or volatile substances.
- Time use restrictions may apply depending on the intensity of the environmental challenge.
- Do not use alcohol or detergents on this mask as this may reduce the static charge of the polypropylene melt down blown fabric – which will reduce bacterial filtration efficiency from approx. 98% to approx. 50%
- Failure to follow all instructions or warnings may reduce the masks performance.
